Position Overview
As an Associate Consultant, People Experience, you will help keep Holistic’s client engagements organized, responsive, and moving forward. You will work closely with our client team and fractional HR consultants to support day-to-day HR operations, maintain project plans and documentation, coordinate employee lifecycle processes, and turn client needs into clear, actionable next steps.
You will often serve as the operational engine behind an engagement: tracking details, preparing materials, following up on open items, and helping ensure that important people processes are completed accurately and on time. While much of your work will happen behind the scenes, you should also be comfortable participating in client meetings, communicating with employees and managers, and representing Holistic with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities and Duties include:
Client Support and HR Operations
Support multiple client engagements by coordinating day-to-day HR activities, requests, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, benefits administration, compliance training, and offboarding.
Monitor shared HR inboxes and other communication channels, responding to routine requests and escalating sensitive or complex matters appropriately.
Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, project plans, calendars, and client documentation.
Coordinate with client leaders, managers, employees, vendors, and other partners to keep HR processes moving forward.
Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Conduct research on HR practices, policies, compliance requirements, and employee experience topics to support client recommendations.
Project Coordination and Documentation
Maintain project plans, monitor timelines, track dependencies, and follow up with internal and client stakeholders on outstanding items.
Create and update standard operating procedures, process guides, checklists, templates, and other resources that make HR processes easier to understand and consistently execute.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, status updates, audits, and follow-up communications.
Organize quantitative and qualitative information to help consultants identify themes, communicate findings, and develop practical recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
Working knowledge of common HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Experience supporting HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, performance management, or employee relations.

Compensation
The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
$48,000 to $57,500
