Our subscription offering, a month-to-month, cancel anytime plan, is our preferred avenue for both accessing our technology resources and the world-class consultants who can help deploy these resources on behalf of your organization. The nature of our subscription offering guarantees clients the best of both worlds – our comprehensive, data-driven analysis, which allows us a full lens of your organization’s challenges, supplemented by on-the-ground consulting resources that will support your organization’s implementation of these efforts, recommendations, and actions.

The main elements included in the Holistic subscription offering are:

1) Full Holistic Analysis

Holistic will collect data – empirical and sentiment – from your team and conduct a full analysis, which will be reported to your organizational leadership. This process, which takes about three months, will underpin our recommendations and action items. During the subscription we will perform an initial analysis, followed by a cadence of regular analyses and updates to the original data in an effort to benchmark progress and remain adaptable to any changes.‌

2) Fractional DEI Resource

As a Fractional DEI Resource, we lend our expertise to your organization as advisors and work alongside you to execute all phases of your DEI vision, and mission. This work can include everything from the setting and tracking of DEI goals, recommendations and focus on DEI in recruitment and hiring, integrating with your Employee Resource Groups to support their initiatives, to assisting in crafting celebratory cultural messaging. 

‌The approach we use will be customized to suit your needs, but the big-picture goal is to supplement and empower your existing human resources and DEI infrastructure and advocates. All technologies, resources, and additional elements and administration involved in your DEI journey are included in the monthly cost.

3) Access to all Holistic tools

All other Holistic tools, technologies, sample policies, best practice documents, communications materials and other resources are available as part of the ongoing subscription. Your DEI Fractional Resource will work with you to identify the places where these tools can be deployed on behalf of your organization.
