Bystander Intervention
We want to go a step further and empower individuals to take an active role in preventing sexual harassment and creating a safe and respectful workplace. Our Bystander training typically covers topics such as how to identify sexual harassment and other forms of inappropriate behavior, how to intervene and address these situations safely, and how to support individuals who have experienced sexual harassment.

Forums & Focus Groups
We’ve also moderated focus groups for our clients where employees of specific groups (Women, LGBTQ+, etc.) come together to share their experiences at their organizations. This is a great opportunity for their colleagues to gain an awareness of their experience and a catalyst for change, programming, etc.
