With workplace culture booming and efforts to make the employee experience phenomenal, many companies are finding ways to create an office space that suits their culture and brand. If you are considering taking on creating a space that works for your team members, keep the following tips in mind!

  1. Make the office as comfortable and welcoming as possible so that employees actually want to come into the space and work.  Yello loves the open office concept which promotes collaboration but also provides plenty of areas where employees can work and not be disrupted when concentrating on a time-sensitive project.

  2. Provide a fully stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages as a perk!!  Not only do the snacks, fresh fruit, and espresso shots keep energy levels high, the kitchens are a place for impromptu meetings as well as a spot to meet someone new at the company.

  3. Host culture and connectivity events. Employees love a happy place, but to incorporate an activity makes it even more fun. It also helps foster employee relationships and values more than daily work discussions.
