[CLIENT]’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

[CLIENT] has partnered with Holistic, a people analytics firm with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and employee engagement, to facilitate this interactive & state-mandated training. Sexual Harassment in all its forms is unacceptable and illegal in the workplace. Poor knowledge and lack of understanding around the prevention and reporting of sexual harassment can lead to a hostile work environment, low employee morale, reduced productivity, attrition, and even legal ramifications.

Many states -- including Illinois -- presently require annual sexual harassment prevention training for all companies. Holistic’s Interactive Sexual Harassment Prevention Training meets these state requirements and provides employees with the knowledge and resources necessary to build a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness.

The annual requirements are:

  1. Employees must participate in a minimum of one hour of sexual harassment prevention training annually;

  2. Anyone who supervises or manages employees must participate in a minimum of two hours of sexual harassment prevention training annually; and

  3. All employees must participate in one hour of bystander training annually.
