NEURODIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE SURVEY

Neurodivergent Individuals

Is your workplace supportive of all individuals, both neurotypical and neurodivergent?

Does your company understand the varying needs of neurodivergent individuals? How are you celebrating diversity in thought and retaining neurodivergent talent?

Neurodivergent individuals are those whose brain functions differ from those who are neurologically typical, or neurotypical. Related conditions include ADHD, dyslexia, depression, anxiety, and PTSD, to name a few. Studies have shown that neurodivergent individuals have unique skills and abilities to offer in the workplace but also tend to have difficulty thriving in work environments that are designed for neurotypical individuals.

With this in mind, we’ve created a survey in an effort to more fully understand neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. This 20-question survey is designed to be completed by individuals who identify as neurodivergent in an on-site or remote office, corporate, or headquarters setting. It will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.

In addition to the survey, we’re looking for individuals to participate in focus groups to further the scope of our understanding of neurodiversity. Please contact Leah Dugan at leah@holisticindex.com or submit the form below to learn more.
