Packback's 2026 Sexual Harassment Prevention & Bystander Intervention Training

Packback has partnered with Holistic, a people analytics firm, to deliver this interactive, state-mandated training. Sexual harassment in all forms is unacceptable and illegal in the workplace. Poor knowledge and a lack of understanding about preventing and reporting sexual harassment can lead to a hostile work environment, low employee morale, reduced productivity, attrition, and even legal consequences.

Bystander training for sexual harassment prevention is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to recognize and intervene when they witness sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior. The goal of bystander training is to empower individuals to take an active role in preventing sexual harassment and creating a safe, respectful workplace.

Many states — including Illinois and California — currently require annual sexual harassment prevention training for all companies. Holistic’s Interactive Compliance Training meets these state requirements and gives employees the knowledge and resources needed to build a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness. 

The annual requirements are:

  1. Employees must participate in a minimum of one hour of sexual harassment prevention training annually;

  2. Anyone who supervises or manages employees must participate in a minimum of two hours of sexual harassment prevention training annually; and

  3. All employees must participate in one hour of bystander training annually.

 

To be compliant with Illinois laws, each Packback employee must participate in the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training by July 1st of each year. If you have missed the live training, watch the training video and take the quiz below. You must receive an 80% to receive your certificate for the training. In the case of a score below 80%, you must retake the quiz until you comprehend the material.

Your response will be submitted to Holistic, and we will send your compliance certificate to your company email and/or your HR department.
