It has very real consequences for people all over the world -- consequences that often go unseen, unheard and invalidated. #NothingLess provides a platform for women to tell their stories, unite over shared experiences of inequity, and demand nothing less than what they’re worth.
On Wednesday, April 10th we'll be bringing together talent acquisition, people operations and recruiting leaders to discuss the topics of the gender wage gap, diversity recruiting and best practices in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. We'll be revealing insights from Hired's 2019 Wage Inequality in the Workplace data report and screening a micro documentary that captures the emotion behind the wage gap through a series of stories told by women across the country.
